We offer shared room and private room floor plans with a variety of lease options that follow along with the BYU/UVU school Fall/Winter and Summer school terms.  Shared 2 bedroom pricing begins at $149/month from May through early August, $289 from August through April, or $229 from August through August.  Private 4 bedroom pricing is $169/month from May through early August, $339 from August through April, or $269 from August through August.  Our 3 bedroom 6 person shared SUPER SUITE ranges from $259-$300/month for a year lease.  Our 1 bedroom married suites are $649/month for a year lease.  Feel free to contact us about your specific needs and we can get you the lease that works best for you.  We would love to have you join our Branbury Student Family today!
