Why is The Branbury Apartments the best option for my student?
The Branbury offers an excellent BYU Contracted Housing option with a high code of Honor and moral standard that is enforced by the Branbury Community and Church leaders. Free social activities will keep your student occupied and entertained while helping them to meet some of Provo's greatest students!
What forms am I required to complete?
If you are the person that will be the guarantor/co-signer on the lease then you will be required to fill out the Guarantor Application. This form will be subject to credit approval.
What forms will my student be signing?
BYU 2019-2020 Lease Agreement, Rate Addendum, and Branbury Lease Addendum.
What are the payment methods for current residents?
Recurring online payments from a checking account are FREE and EASY to set up in your online account. We encourage our students to set up online recurring payments to ensure that your rent gets paid on time each month to build your credit and avoid late fees.
All payments should be made online. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We allow a grace period for rent to be paid without late fees through the 5th of the month. On the 6th of the month a late fee of $35 will be applied. There is a 3 Day Pay or Vacate Notice that is delivered on the 6th each month. Service of this legal notices costs $30. Late fees will also increase by $5 each day until the payment is paid in full. Only full payments are accepted. Rent can be paid online through our website with an electronic check, automated ACH payment, credit/debit card, or with money gram.
How can I pay online to reserve an apartment for my student?
You can create an online account for your student. Feel free to contact your leasing agent if you need help setting up your online account to pay with check or credit card.

What does the term 'lease by the bed' mean? And how is this better for my child?
Individual leasing provides the opportunity for our residents to live in an apartment environment with roommates without the stress of renting out the whole apartment. Individual leasing allows us to split the rent, making each resident responsible for only their portion of the rent.
